My client just renovated her kitchen and wanted some simple slips for
her barstools...to soften the hard edges of the wood. Very simple white
linen with darling ties.

Austin's Sofa Slipcover
My client wanted to slipcover this sofa she found on craigs list. She said her dog, Austin, loves to sit on it and stare out the window. I hope, Austin (the golden retriever) will love his new sofa slipcover as much as my little loved playing with him. He was a cutie!

My life as a slipcover gypsy
This is pretty much what my truck looks like right now. I am a full-fledged slipcover gypsy. Sometimes there are double the soccer bags and book bags. As, you've probably figured out...I am in the middle of a separation. I currently have a full-time job...which has been an adjustment, but I'm still slipcovering! All this to say that if you have emailed me about getting on my list and haven't heard from me...Please be patient, I will get back to you. I promise ;-) I'm about 8-10 weeks out (as long as no one else gets sick.) I love making new clothes for your old tired furniture and when my truck looks like this, it's really a good thing. Thanks for all your love and support and emails! I love this Me and the girl's are doing well. I love this community!

What i'm reading: I stumbled upon this post and it hit home for me. It's from Missy at Far from Flawless. She is very courageous in sharing her journey.
What I want to craft:
What I want to cook:
What I want to sew:
What I'm doing now:

And I'm making a sofa slipcover for a sweet golden retriever named Austin.
What are y'all doing?
