Just thought I'd give a little update on our situation over here! We closed on our house today...but won't close on our new one for a coupla weeks. In the mean time, we are living with my great-Aunt Pearl (93 yrs. old) and my mom (who I haven't lived with in about 20 years). There are 6 of us in a 3 bedroom /1 bath house. Yes...6 of us sharing 1 bathroom! Someone had asked me to share a tour of my home since we were selling it... We listed it FSBO and I made a blog for it...which I will now share, because we aren't there anymore. We had it listed FSBO for about 30 days and then did a flat-fee MLS listing and sold a few weeks later. The blog is here. The pics are a little bright because the windows were open. Our new home closes soon and needs lots of TLC...LOTS! I think this move did us in and our days of being gypsie's and moving every few years is done...that is until we go to the beach!
