Today, my little one turns 6. It seems like 6 is really becoming the BIG girl. Six is no longer a toddler or a kindergartner. She will be in 1st grade. And she is growing way too fast for my liking. At 6, she thinks she's as big as her sister. At 6, she wants to do everything herself. At 6, she still asks for doll cakes. As long as she asks for doll cakes...I will make them.

ReplyDeleteMy baby turned 6 last Wed. Now that he is 6, he can watch the news & is no longer afraid of the dark. :) Or so says he. I think 6 really makes him feel like a big boy. It is so bittersweet, glad we have made it, but I want things to slow down.

ReplyDeleteI had those cakes when I was little and now I make them for my little girl, just love them. I like how you did the sprinkles over spread frosting, I will have to remember that one!!!
ReplyDeleteChildren nowadays really grow so fast. Your girl has turned 6 now but for sure, sooner or later, you'll be amazed seeing that your 6-year-old daughter is now at her 18th b-day. Wow!!! Just be prepared. LOL!!!
